Fill in your details, confirm you are aged 18 or above, and submit. You will receive a confirmation OTP to verify your mobile number. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back — along with a selfie holding the same document. This is a one-time process. Once approved, your account is verified permanently and future withdrawals are not delayed by document checks. Documents are reviewed by the compliance team, typically within 24 hours.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your account. You will receive a reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you cannot access the email or number registered to your account, contact support — they can verify your identity through your CNIC details and account information to help restore access. Never create a new account to get around a forgotten password.

For security reasons, changes to your registered email address or mobile number require identity verification. Log in to your account, go to your profile settings, and submit a change request. You will be asked to verify your current details via OTP before the update is applied. If you no longer have access to your current registered number or email, contact the support team directly with your CNIC details so they can verify you and process the change manually.

Deposit Questions

Payment methods, minimum amounts, and deposit credit

Pak Super supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and major mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR — there is no need for a foreign currency account or credit card. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular methods among members and generally offer the fastest credit times. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing speed.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited almost instantly — usually within a minute or two of completing the payment on your phone. Raast transfers are also typically fast. Bank transfers and card deposits can take a few minutes to a few hours depending on your bank. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, check that the transaction was actually completed on the payment app side before contacting support. Have your transaction reference ready when you reach out.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa have relatively low minimums, making it accessible to members who want to start with a small amount. If a withdrawal has been pending beyond the standard timeframe, contact support with your request reference number.

Withdrawals may be held for review for a few reasons: your KYC documents have not yet been approved, the withdrawal amount is unusually large and triggers a standard security check, there is an active bonus with wagering requirements that have not yet been met, or there is a mismatch in the account details provided. You can bet on next wicket, current over total, match winner at any point, and many other live markets. The live betting section is available through both the desktop site and the Pak Super app. Bets are accepted up until the moment a market is suspended, which typically happens when an over is about to begin or a wicket has just fallen.

If a PSL match or any other cricket fixture is abandoned without a result — due to rain, bad light, or any other reason — bets are generally voided and stakes returned to your account balance. If a match is interrupted but later completed with a revised target (using DLS or similar), the result stands as per the official outcome. Cash out availability depends on the specific market and match. Where cash out is offered, you will see a cash out button and a real-time value displayed next to your active bet in your open bets section.
