Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your Pak Super account is considered a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed, your account will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonus funds or winnings generated during the period in question may be voided. New players who register and make their first deposit are eligible for the Pak Super welcome bonus — a 100% match bonus up to PKR 50,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. The bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Players who have previously held an account under any name or contact detail are not eligible for a new welcome bonus.
All bonus funds awarded at Pak Super carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a PKR 10,000 bonus, you must wager PKR 250,000 in eligible games before that bonus converts to real withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Incomplete wagering within the time limit will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting and most slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited, and bonus balances for which wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days, will expire and be removed from your account automatically. All bets are subject to acceptance by Pak Super. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — bets may be declined or stakes limited at the platform's discretion, particularly for accounts identified as consistently sharp bettors or in markets where unusual betting patterns are detected. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account's bet history, it is binding on both the player and the platform.

All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. In cases of match abandonment or interruption, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as stated in the sportsbook's individual market rules.
In-play betting is available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. Odds in live betting change rapidly and the odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet may differ from the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted, particularly during periods of high traffic or fast-moving match situations. Winnings exceeding stated maximums will be capped at the maximum limit regardless of the odds or stake involved.
